If you wish to lodge a return, please contact us via phone or email so that we can authorise this. We recommend return shipping via Australia Post and supplying us with your proof of purchase and the tracking number. Please make sure you record your order number and your name inside packaging for us to identify return.

RETURNING NEW AND UNUSED PRODUCTS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 30 days, and include the manufacturer’s packaging. We will give you a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full credit less $10 to cover our original shipping costs, if you paid shipping for your item you will get a full credit less the shipping cost.
USED PRODUCTS:
If product has been used or is not in new condition, we will not accept return of product.
INCORRECT ITEM SUPPLY:
If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you how to ship the item back at our cost. Once item has been returned, we will supply the correct item ASAP.
EXEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or custom products manufactured). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases ( Such as Pepper Spray). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CALCELLED ORDERS:
if your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. If we contact you regarding your order and do not hear back for 7 or more days we will cancel your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective after use, please contact us to apply for a warranty of your defective product
