No Gaps – The one piece handle is directly joined to the tang, the perfect fit means no wobbly blades and a total absence of gaps makes cleaning easier and more hygienic.

Microban – The polypropylene handles have Microban antimicrobial protection built in.  This inhibits odour and stain causing bacteria, mould and mildew.

Hardened Stainless Steel Blades – Tramontina blades are made from stainless steel and submitted to a sub-zero thermal processing treatment that hardens the steel helping it to keep the edge sharper for longer.
