The 50mm Flip Over will safely hold your smaller knife as you put that sharp edge on your blade. By simply adjusting the 360 degree frame dial, its easy to get a precise edge every time you need it. The built in rotating jig makes it easy and efficient to flip your knife for speedy sharpening.

The 50mm Flip Over is recommended for 4 – 5 inch (100-125mm) knives or smaller.
